ALL VENDORS PLEASE READ BELOW:
Before starting this application, please read all of the information below.
After completion of registration form, you will need to make your booth payment.
FOOD MENU
You will be asked to provide a description of each proposed item and its price. Once submitted, your menu and prices may not change. No beverages, including water, soda or alcohol may be sold by food vendors. Water will be available for purchase from the STP Pride Store. Alcohol will be available for purchase from our Pouring Partners.
FOOD LICENSE NUMBER
You will be required to submit your Food License Number (either from the MN Department of Agriculture or MN Department of Health)
POWER/ELECTRICITY
Food Vendors needing electricity will be charged a service fee of $50 (per location) and need to provide what their specific power needs will be the day of the festival (heating, cooling, etc). STP Pride is not responsible for power outages.
USE OF SOUND
No use of sound will be allowed to vendor booths
GO GREEN Practices
You will be asked to provide information about your waste/go green practices. No styrofoam products will be allowed at STP Pride. QR Codes vs physical hand outs/pamphlets are preferred.
MINNESOTA TAX FORM ST-19
All booths/vendors (whether selling or not) must have a completed Minnesota Revenue Form ST-19 at their booth the day of the festival.
REFUND POLICY
Any/all booth/vendor fees are non-refundable. If circumstances cause STP Pride to be delayed, fees will transfer to the new date. If STP Pride is canceled due to events beyond reasonable control (Pandemic, other acts of God) fees will not be refunded.
BOOTH PRICES
FOOD VENDOR PRICE: $1000 (with flex pay option) + 10% festival gross revenue
NON-FOOD VENDOR PRICE: $800 (with flex pay option) + 10% festival gross revenue
**Organizations with Annual Gross Revenue of $240,000+ are subject to higher vending fees
**A non-food vendor is ANY vendor or promotional organization not selling food.
**Due to increased police and public safety presence this year, booths are priced accordingly.
TABLE/BOOTH Sizes
(1) 8 ft table and 2 chairs will be provided to you at check-in
Booth Space on average 10ft x 10ft slot
NO tents will be provided, if you want a tent you must bring your own
**Nothing can be staked into the ground at Rice Park. Tents must be weighted down
